PURPOSE OF JOB

The candidate will work as a technical expert with the task of working closely with the sales team to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customer's requirements.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • B-Tech (Computer Science) / MCA (MBA will be an added advantage)

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Technical Solution Approach to resolve customer issues and address their requirements

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

➔ Engage with existing customer across South Asia to ensure high customer satisfaction score ➔ Support Sales team in acquisition of new customers by preparing solution pitches
➔ Attending meetings with the sales team and acting as a technical expert.
➔ Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.

➔ Creating Customer presentations and managing Demo’s and Proof of Concepts
➔ Creating and Managing RFIs and RFPs and technical compliance documents
➔ Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements. ➔ Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.

➔ Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests. ➔ Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
➔ Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
➔ Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.

PURPOSE OF JOB

The candidate will identify and engage with new prospective clients. The person shall be responsible for managing the entire sales engagement cycle and will be responsible for successful completion of Proof of Concepts with the prospective clients.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • B-Tech (Computer Science) / MCA (MBA will be an added advantage)

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Pre-Sales and Sales Management (Including Techno Commercial Discussions)

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

➔ Managing Existing Customer relationships across South Asia
➔ Acquisition of new customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction score
➔ Revenue Growth from within a group of accounts
➔ Pipeline and pre-pipeline generation and management
➔ Adherence to the sales/CRM processes.
➔ Prepares sales visits and provide presentations/demos to customers
➔ Submit commercial proposals to the Customers
➔ Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
➔ Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
➔ Ability to handle queries of own offering as well as competing industry options
➔ Gains familiarity with the Telecom industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products ➔ Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
