At Ekaga, every milestone has been a strategic move — grounded in market insight, driven by purpose, and executed with precision.
What began as a focused initiative to help businesses enter the Indian market to transform the telecom & ISP - VAS and Managed Services, quickly turned into something much larger. Recognizing the pace at which global business was evolving, we saw the opportunity to become more than just an entry point — we envisioned ourselves as enablers of sustained, cross-border growth.
As we expanded our portfolio to include Technology Solutions, our customer base grew beyond national borders. This early international success was more than symbolic — it validated our capability to deliver across ecosystems and opened the door to scale our offerings in untapped regions.
Driven by this momentum, we ventured into the ASEAN region, aligning ourselves with high-growth sectors such as ICT Infrastructure. This wasn’t just market expansion — it was a shift in our model to address more complex, high-value enterprise needs. Our growing partner ecosystem became proof of our ability to build strategic alliances across cultures and compliance environments.
As our footprint extended to support clients across 18+ countries, we built an agile, borderless service model. We made our Market Entry Services vertical-agnostic, empowering us to support clients across industries — from manufacturing and F&B to clean tech and digital infrastructure — reinforcing our ability to diversify and adapt.
With innovation at the core, we launched two cornerstone platforms: the Global Service Delivery Centre for PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) and our flagship Centre of Collaborative Innovation (CCI) — a model that bridges enterprise problems with global solution providers through a curated, results-driven framework.
Our strategic expansion into the Middle East and Africa, supported by the establishment of our regional HQ in the UAE, marked a key inflection point. It strengthened our proximity to new markets while enabling us to launch and scale Data Centre Managed Services — a capability now central to our recurring revenue model.
Perhaps our most credibility-defining moment came when we began delivering Managed Services for the Indian Defence sector — a milestone that reflects not just technical capability, but institutional trust and operational maturity.
